The party actually starts around midnight. You have to buy a bottle or 20 beers to get a table. They serve Cerveza Bohemia, which is similar enough to Blue Moon. Prices are reasonable; our group of 4 ate a lot of food and got completely wasted for $1700 MXN, or about $90 USD.
